pretty good week i suppose.

played SICC with the indian sponsors thursday. played $50 a six and i was down $100 with 6 to play. won the last 6 and doubled or nothinged the last hole and won that to break even for the day. i really DO enjoy high stakes action.

btw i shot even with a bogey down the last. confidence is definitely getting back

friday was average. chopped around in the afternoon with jonny. played 5-5-10 but was 5 down after 13 in pissing rain. ray and i were raindancing the whole way and finally got pulled off the course just in time to save our bets. whew.

rain at warren with jon and way only means 1 thing. POKER!

haha. 3 handed play probably favours me. i generally prefer shorthanded tables, plays to my agressive pot-stealing style. played for a while and managed to make about $5

went back for night lectures and then got a ride to tanah merah MRT from uncle Paul (nickers dad) before jonny picked me up to watch the brit open at his place. couple of more guys came over and we played some poker till late.

unfortunately i busted out and re-loaded but held it there for the night. wound up watching a couple of sick hands and great play. lost only $30 so was pretty pleased, honestly could have been alot worse.

no question i was outplayed a couple of hands. been to the east twice and lost both times. i'll re-assess my game and get better no doubt. will get into the green numbers soon. just you wait. i'm still profiling :)

and i've decided to keep track of all my betting and gambling exploits on an excel file so i can track my progess and improvements :) i feel so...erm...RESPONSIBLE

but managed to break even for the week saturday. chipped $20 of raymond and another $10 from leftie off the gold tees. hit it pretty good and had a blast out in the rain grinding out pars and playing solid steady golf. typical day at the office for the grinder :)

shot 75 off the tips with 2 three putts.

hit the gym hard for 2 and a half hours today. worked on my putting and putting stroke for another 2 plus hours.

now watching the open and just chilling out

hols next week. NRG wednesday. clubfitting with kim tomorrow so yeah. it'll be a good week. gonna be grinding at the range the whole way through.
