day didn't go according to plan but hey. my life doesnt go according to plan ;)

absolutely flogged it in the gym today. pumped hard and i'm feeling good. exercise principles class was aite today. was not lost, actually understood the bulk of the lesson. just gotta mind map and read up for the test and i'm good as gold.

lunched with the sailors at vista point before slacking till sarah showed up. hung out with biobabe for a while before cabbing down to seletar for training.

my cab driver was a first class moron. chinky moron may i add. oh well

plugged in my iPod and did my own thing for 2 hours just grooving it in. grinding it out. basically just working hard. chatted with greggy bout wednesday and he's proud of me. just gotta keep doing what we're doing he says. just gotta keep grinding.

dinner with yu khing at pasta fresca. good catching up and talking bout my game. gave me some solid advice and i'm looking forward to putting that into place.

basically trying to work out a formula for success within the next 2 months with 4 events coming up.

there's always hope.

training tomorrow then VJ drama nite! :) yay. its the best excuse to get together with the old sec4 bunch again. cant wait.
