slow start to my day but pretty rewarding in the end i guess

stumbled out of bed at about 7am. struggled to find my white guess belt...still cant find it. I will be so livid if someone's stolen it or its lost. dropped by georges room then his mom sent us down to seletar. grabbed a nice set breakfast of toast, kaya and half boiled eggs with foo. chatted up a bit before going over for training. finally had a chance to chat one on one with coach after my wednesday train wreck.

and he told it to me straight...

"mate, i didn't wanna have this conversation with you wednesday cause it would have been the last thing you would have wanted to hear...pull your head out of your arse you fucking cunt..."

and he made absolute and total sense. knocked it back into me good. managed to get head re-configured and set back on track so yes. it was productive...

putted with george for push ups. played 5 coin 8 set putting. I had him at 4-2 then he tied it at 4-4...after several high stakes wagers I finally came away with 10 push ups over george haha. I CAN PUTT!

went back, showered up then joined the gang down at pizza hut at causeway for eugene and val's birthday lunch :) at our motley table of 10 were...myself, george, adrian, coach fanny, GR, eugene, val, linglin, richard and joanne. lots of fun haha! can't wait for my 17th! AHEMAPRIL9THAHEM

then went to the woodlands regional library to do research work for professional studies assignment with george. got pretty much everything done so I'm proud of myself.

busted out twice yesterday at poker but doing much better today. playing tight and its paying off...
