well i shot 78 today. didn't play as bad as the score suggests though...

actually. hit the ball very well today. drove it solid. hit nice crisp iron shots. pitched and chipped it good. and was really happy with the way i was putting, rolled the ball awesome today. but when they just wont drop there's nothing more you can do.

so there. they defy gravity. i kept hitting and putting good but they didn't drop. what else could i do. if 78's the best that i could eek out of today than so be it. I'm pleased. plenty of positives to take away from today too. just 2 rounds to go. anything can happen.

maxie tan is the surprise leader after a day with way too many twists and turns. apparently someone cheated and got dq'ed. feldman and daryl thomas got dq'ed too after signing wrong scorecards. the usual 5 and a half hour rounds off split tees. lion goh's incessant whining about his game...and to top it off I almost got killed by my thai playing partner's ball...sheesh. what i day huh?

hitched a ride back from ashwin's dad and had to put up with well over half an hour of traffic jam and his bragging about ashwins game and other such things. i mean i think we can all see he's a great talent but as my mother told me before "let your game do the talking" sigh

anyway. its a nice group tomorrow. foo, sunshine, me and levine off the 1st at 7.31. gotta get out there and make something happen...

they cant stay out forever! :)
