hmmm. you know I've got a feeling that this post should be entitiled "the great Jurong screwjob" yeah. that about sums it up.

like bret hart in montreal agasinst shawn michaels (for the wresting fans) i was screwed today!

played pretty decent and had it at -2 after 9. rain delay pushed play back about an hour. they told us that if they could get all the groups to turn around before the afternoon flights were scheduled to tee off then it would count as a whole 18. on not they'd count just 9 hole score after everyone had completed at least 9. but if we did manage to complete 18 then it would count towards the youth trails as well. which sounded pretty fair enought to me.

so got out there and birdied 10 to get to -3 for the day. dropped to -2 at the par 3 12th and was halfway up 14 when they told us that play was cancelled and they would only take 9 holes. so i figured i was still in pretty damn good shape.

2 hours later when I'm having lunch they inform us that they've decided to scrap the whole day and just have the DBS as an 18 hole tournament for tomorrow. wtf!? i mean i was absolutely livid. and i still am...

had a comfy 2 shot lead and now they tell me they wanna start everything over again! what the flying fuck is going on!? I mean if they wanted to suspend the fucking game during the rain if they figured some couldnt complete they should have just done it there and then instead of sending us out again...bloody SGA fuckheads...and jurong another one...having one tournament in the morning and one in the afternoon. shitheads. no common sense...but having said that...only in Singapore...only on our little island with fucked up NSA's...sigh

anyway, coach and mom were pleased. Looks like I'll just have to bring it tomorrow and bury the rest. more determined than ever to win now...but right now I'm absolutely headless! grrr...

anyway, drowned out everything with oreos, milk and loads of youtube videos including the all time favourite "make love not warcraft" all better now.
