i swear, only these kinda things happen to me...shot 74 today in the consolation tournament. grr, but at least i know i still got game :) played with taylor, john and paul...great bunch of guys! had a blast today with them laughing and chatting away while playing IN CARTS! yay!

decided to go with tigers british open strategy and only hit 2 drivers...and hell did it work, yeah I had some longer shots into the greens but they worked out pretty good. 3 birdies and 5 bogeys today...didnt even play great, just well enough. Didnt win the consolation event but hey, at least I got one decent round under my belt for the week.

finished up lunch and closing ceremony, would really love to come back here again next year. packed up and gonna drive to orlando in a couple of hours for the remainder of the holiday. should be quite fun. expect to get some good amount of writing in during that period.

looking back even though my golf wasnt fantastic and I didnt play half as well as i would have expected too I took alot away from this week. learned quite a bit about myself and my game and how the best players in the world deal with pressure and big time tournaments. made some great friends and had tonnes of fun with everyone. I played 2 of the toughest and best golf courses in west palm beach.

besides the fact that I'm in florida! :)
